The W9 form is an official document that serves as a request for a taxpayer identification number and certification. It is typically used to pay independent contractors or freelancers.
All fundraisers must be approved by the Civic Office on campus. Please note that fundraisers must use the Crowd Change platform. Venmo, Cash App and Zelle are not acceptable platforms. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out to careercivic@moravian.edu.
