Printed Materials Copyright Policy The copyright law of the United States (Title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted materials. Under certain conditions specified by the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction. One of these specified conditions is that the photocopy or reproduction is not to be "used for other than private study, scholarship, or research." If the user makes a request for, or later uses, a photocopy or reproduction for purposes in excess of "Fair Use", that user may be liable for copyright infringement. This institution reserves the right to refuse to accept a copying order if in its judgment, fulfillment of the order would involve violation of the copyright law.

Health and Safety

Drug and Alcohol Policies Information on É«ÖÐÉ« University's alcohol use and drug-free campus policies, as well as information on legal sanction for illegal drug use, health risks, and treatment services in the community.
Vaccination Policy An immunization record is required of all students. It must be completed and signed by the health care provider. We also require a tuberculosis screening questionnaire. All students are required to answer a few simple questions regarding their risk for tuberculosis. The questionnaire must be reviewed and signed by the student’s health care provider. If needed, a TB screen must be done. We highly recommend vaccination against meningococcal disease; a student who refuses must sign a declination statement and return the form to the Health Center. We recommend Gardasil, hepatitis A, and flu vaccines.
