Project: "New Directions for the Study of Disability and Rehabilitation Psychology"
Faculty mentor: Dana Dunn, professor of psychology and director of Learning in Common curriculum
Goal: become familiar with the literature in disability studies and positive psychology; rethink and reframe ideas; publish articles on the topics
Project outcome: I co-authored a chapter for a book on social psychological contributions to assessment practices, as well as an article for children with disabilities.
Future plans: participate in the É«ÖÐÉ« Honors program this year; next fall, begin graduate school to focus on social psychological research.
